How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are received within 10 days. You will be notified if there is any delay. If your item is needed sooner, please email to request expedited delivery, which would incur additional cost.
What are the shipping costs?
Smaller items have shipping included in the price. Larger/heavier items have additional shipping charge. For example, tutus cost $2 to ship via USPS (additional charge for any requested expedited delivery).
I want to pay by check. What is the process?
Please make checks payable to "Jessica Cleavenger". Checks should be mailed by the following business day after an order is placed. Your order will begin being filled the same day the order is placed and will be typically received within 10 days. There is a $40 return check fee for any returned checks.
I want to request a special order. What is the process?
If you want something in particular that is not listed, contact us via email. We will let you know within 3 days if we can fill your request. A special private item will be listed on the store for you to officially place the order.
How much tulle is on the tutus?
On most tutus, there is up to 50 yards of tulle. This results in a full skirt. (petal filled tutus have less tulle and are less full)
What size tutu should I order?
Tutus are based on age so purchase the size in which your child wears clothes. These are the available sizes:
Infant/XS (0-2):$15
Toddler/S (2-4): $18
Child/M (4-8): $21
Child/L (8-12): $24
The large would likely also fit an adult, but to be sure, send us the waist measurement.
To get more wear out of your tutu, send us the waist measurement of the child currently and it will be made to fit without stretching now and thus give plenty of room to grow.
